Try things that you normally wouldn’t do in order to open the doors to a truly romantic experience. No one person is the same, meaning not all of these suggestions you’ll read may float your boat. But with patience and the willingness to try different things, you’ll find the right modern romance for you in no time.
If you and your partner like to eat out a lot, try creating your own romantic restaurant at home. Cook together and have fun doing it! You’ll be able to create all your favorite dishes together, and enjoy them together once it’s time to eat. Splurge and buy ingredients that you normally wouldn’t, as this time together should be made as special as possible. Light some candles and eat at the coffee table using pillows as chairs. This will create a romantic and comfortable, relaxing atmosphere that is bound to spark the love for the night!
Another option is to go on a mountain hike, bringing along a picnic lunch for just the two of you. Don’t forget the blanket and remember to pack something romantic for dessert such as chocolate covered strawberries or cheesecake.
In the end, it really depends on the likes and dislikes of the couple that wants to create a perfect modern romance. Usually by simply taking the things you like to do together and changing them up a bit, you’ll find that romantic sparks will really start flying.
